Cant access profile, again again not receiving lives.

When I open my game and click "profile" - nothing happens + again again I don't receive lives from my (many) friends.

I'm logged in, the game saves - but I cannot log out to try updating.

Tried to reinstall 3-4 times - each time I lose all my "candyhelpers" + have to start all over with the basic ball (even though I was at legendary "bat" ball" (Not sure its the right name for it.

I play from PC.

I'm sorry to hear about this. Should the orange "?" button work, please contact King Player Support directly from your Soda app and report this problem stating reinstalling the app doesn't help. By contacting from the app they should be able to retrieve your player ID number and look into your game account

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" button- visit "my profile"- "how can I find my player ID"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form "account login questions/issues" - "I have account login issues", explain your problem and send.
