To be able to return to your old progress saved with your old Facebook account, please use the credentials of your old Facebook account (email address + password) to log in in your game.
If you lost access to your Facebook account and cannot get it back with the help of Facebook Support team (e.g. your Facebook account was hacked) then I'm afraid you also lost access to your Soda progress permanently.
In case of lost progress please create a new account (you may create one on Soda app directly) if you don't have one already and contact King Player support to ask them to manually restore your progress
