Why does screen go black when you try and watch ad for xtra moves

Question

playing and box comes up to watch ad for extra moves. Click on it and screen goes black. Leave game and have to start over. Sometimes screen still black. Play another game come back and have to start over like never played that part.

Also, sometimes game just crashes  Play your other games and all other games never have a problem with

So frustrating sometimes just feel like deleting game

Hello and welcome to the Community @Jazzy808 I am sorry to hear you’ve had the black screen with the ads 😕. We have reported this, since other players have the sane complaint. Hopefully they will have a fix soon. Thank you for reporting it!

If the game crashes you could try to do some troubleshooting, to see if that brings a solution 👇🏻

provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data  that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 1 minute - restart your device - check for game and device updates- log back into the game. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly
