No I haven't seen it in my game yet but I am only on level 806

Right now I'm stuck in a level and not getting any bonus levels. But I'll look for it once I beat that darn level ๐

I haven't played a game in days. That looks funny. Is this still available? Is this only in the upper levels?

This new game mode is available to all players, as of now it appears in form of an event called: Bonus Level. An extra level appears in front of you while you're playing new levels in Soda, you can decide to play the extra level or skip it to return to your map. If you play the level which will have this new game mode and win it, you win a reward.
As for all events, it may not be temporarily available in some players' games yet but it may be in the future ๐

I have already played 13 levels and there was no bonus level. is it just a test for certain groups of players? Maybe I'll get it later.

Exactly, it's an unpredictable feature and reappears for short periods of time. I had it a couple of weeks ago but I don't have it anymore. As I mentioned in my previous comment:
