Just got a new phone and it started back at level 1. How can I get my progress back.
Hello @annadams and welcome to Soda community!
1) Did you save your progress with an account and have stable internet connection when you used your old phone to play Soda?
If yes, then your progress has been saved on King servers. Please use the same account credentials when you log in on Soda app downloaded on your new device and you'll be able to find all your levels again.

2) If you haven't had the chance to create a account yet and still have access to your old device (with internet connection) , please open Soda app on your old device and create the account to have your progress saved on King servers. then log in to your account on the new device to retrieve your progress.
3) If you were not using any account on your old device and you can't create one, then progress has been saved solely on old device local storage. King servers have no records of your progress which means you're not able to retrieve it on different devices.
Please create a King account on Soda app downloaded on your new device and contact King Player Support to ask them to manually restore progress for you.
