I lost progress, how do I recover?

I was on level 2326 when I lost that progress. The computer was repaired.

Hello @David1944 and welcome to Soda community!

1) Did you save your progress with an account when you played Soda?

If yes, then your progress has been saved on King servers. Please use the same account credentials when you log in to Facebook/ Soda app downloaded on your new device and you'll be able to find all your levels again.

2) If you were not using any account, then progress has been saved solely on old device local storage. King servers have no records of your progress which means you're not able to retrieve it again if local storage of your device has been reset/deleted.

Please create a Facebook account or King account on Soda app downloaded on your new device and contact King Player Support to ask them to manually restore progress for you.

How to contact Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" icon- visit "my game progress"- "how do I save progress"- scroll down and click "contact us". Make sure to select the correct topics: "lost progress or items" and "I lost my progress". Explain your problem, add your current level and send.
