Candy Crush Soda stalls at the loading screen

Candy Crush Soda Saga was working fine on my Win 11 PC until a couple of days ago. It now doesn't progress from the loading screen. I repaired and reset the app and finally uninstalled it. It behaves the same after reinstallation from the Microsoft Store. I have updated everything and downloaded Visual Studio as suggested elsewhere in this forum, but nothing seems to change the situation. Any suggestions?

I tried all the steps you linked to before posting here. I've checked updates (there weren't any). I "Repaired" the installation. I "Reset" the installation. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. I even reinstalled Windows! I am still only seeing a "Loading" screen...

Also, if it is relevant, Candy Crush Saga works with no problems other than that I much prefer Soda.

Sadly, the game is still not loading in Windows 11
I have the app version 1.253.100.0
My user ID is 13062760848, which I had to install on my phone to get.

My game has been stuck on loading screen for almost 2 months. I also have repaired/reset/uninstalled/reinstalled several times.I've also posted this problem and had no response

I have exactly the same issue with Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Jelly, although Soda still works fine. They were all working fine until recently, now they go to the loading screen but won't open. Candy Crush is also the same in Facebook Gameroom on laptop.
