Playing on a Kindle Fire. Was working fine earlier. I am upset to lose all my progress.
Hi Jenilouise- Thanks for posting on King Car.e I am really sorry that you have been experiencing a problem connecting your game to Facebook. Please try the following steps, in order to solve your issue and reconnect the game:- Please make sure that the game hasn’t been blocked on Facebook. Go to Facebook >> enter “Candy Crush Soda Saga” in the search field and confirm OK to unblock the app. Please see this screenshot: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/4smwq/qo5h?size=oTo unblock just click “Confirm” in the dialog box: https://www.diigo.com/item/image/4smwq/1ws5?size=o- If you have recently changed your Facebook password, this needs to be updated on your device as well. To do this, please remove the connection to Facebook via the settings menu in the game, log out from Facebook on your device, and then connect again with your new password. You can remove the connection between the game and Facebook on your device by doing this:- From the "Map" screen, tap the arrow icon in the lower left corner. This will bring up a small menu.Tap the red "Door" icon, which will take you back to the main menu.Tap the arrow icon in the lower left again to bring up a small menu.Tap the green "Gear" icon to bring up another menu.Scroll this menu down to the bottom and tap the Facebook icon which says "Log out".- You can also try to send your progress from Facebook to your device. Simply click “Play on Phone” in the left corner when you have the game open on Facebook.- Another option is to open Facebook, click on the “More” button (normally bottom right corner), scroll down and click on the game you are trying to sync. Played for 15 years. This time I started a new game and am on Level 101. I have yet to find "RocketRush" to play, as well as well as any contest??? I almost quit playing because the game wouldn't load or start with my email addy or name. Also who is "BlueElenorie"?? I had trouble getting in here due to that name coming up?…

how do i update my candy crush soda saga
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
