Account lost 😞

I’ve tried to connect a new device, but the mailadres that is connected to my account isn’t in service anymore (I have a new one since a few years).

that’s why I can’t retrieve a new password on my original mailadres.

can I in some way change my old mailadres to the new one, and there retrieve a new password?

I’d hate to lose my levels from the last couple of years.

please help me

I understand you can’t change my account to the correct email address?

is it maybe possible to create an account with my game progress to my mail address? (Level 8200)

that way I lose my friend and awards, but I can anyway continue my game.

Is it the number in the header of the reply to my email? (it's 13517871)

No I am sorry, we cannot change any account things. Did you receive a ticket number?

thanks for the answer, I did that and got an automatic reply with answers that didn't help me.

If the anwers didn't help me, I needed to head to the community site (where you send me back to your helpdesk) :-(

Since you no longer have access to your (old) email address, it is best to contact King Player Support via your game: click on “?” question mark, click on “technical and connections issues” click on “thanks for reaching out” click on “contact us”.

Or via this link 👉here Select Candy Crush Soda Saga, and choose subtopic “Account Login Questions/Issues” Describe your problem and don't forget to mention your old email address and that you can no longer access it.

I use a email adress i had a few years ago, which is no longer in use now.

I also don't remember my password, i was always automatically logged in.

Now i tried to login on a new device, but was logged out (level 1) and can't log in again on the old email adress because i don't know the password.

I also can't use 'forgot password', because i can't receive mails on that adress anymore.

Is it possible for you to change my old account email adress to my current email adress in my game?

Or can you make an account with my current email adress an put me at the same level as i was playing before?

Do I understand that you no longer know your password of your King account and therefore you cannot change your (new) email address? Because if you do know your password of your account, you can change your email address via profile.
