Ad freezes app
I’ve been having a problem for over a week with an ad freezing the app. All I see is a black screen with an x in a circle in the upper right corner. It goes away in a few seconds then the app is frozen. Can’t click on the x when it is there. I’m on a iPad OS 17.1.1. The app is up to date.

This is issue is under investigation. Soda Studio team is hard at work on the problem and will do everything they can to resolved it as soon as possible.

I had this issue. Now I don’t get the black screen but ads will not load for adding more moves or adding more lives. They do load when starting a new game or starting a game over. But while the buy more lives or moves option links work. The ads options all just go into an endless “oops” loop. Every time for nearly a week how. Seems like a variation of the blank screen freeze problem.
Using IOS on Apple IPad Pro running the latest iOS upgrade. I updated IOS today. But in the week prior, same problem with the earlier IOS version
