Podium Streak

I have won the podium streak for the last two weeks. When I've logged in today, both of my wins have disappeared and it says" Win levels to get back on your streak".

I only needed to finish in the top 3 this week to get the big prize, but now I'm back to the start again.

Can someone restore my missing wins?

Hello @ROBCamra and welcome to Soda community!

Unfortunately streaks are not saved on King servers so these items cannot be restored when they're lost 😔

We've been informed this issue is known to happen in case players use multiple devices to play levels and Soda Studio recommends to use only one device.

Is it possible more than one device were used?

Hi,

I only use 1 device to play the game. You need to start saving streaks.

That's two weeks successful play lost.

Not happy.
