help with new droid phone

This is regarding my husband's progress level (1488) on a droid phone. He never had a facebook account. We were told his progress would transfer over to new phone but he is on level one. Is there anyway to restore his progress

I can assist in getting the game progress back in Candy Crush Soda Saga.
Please notice that we require direct contact from a player in order to verify ownership of the game account. This can be arranged by letting the person with the issue log into King Care and post a request to have the levels restored. Once done a King Care moderator will get in contact and solve the issue.

Mark, thank you for responding. Problem is he does not have a facebook account to create a login on King Care. Does he have to create one?
