I can't get them to answer me. They sent the link for the html 5 check, and according to that it should work on my computer, but it still doesn't. I'm still on windows 7, anybody on a different OS?

im on windows 7 64 bit and I Explorer is working it has no html 5 .......they were helpful 3 weeks ago now nothing.

Wonder how facebook and twitter will react? 12 hours before I post....

I have tried clearing my browser cache, updating my flash player, and still no luck on my computer using google chrome. I used someone elses computer on chrome and it worked fine. I would love some help! This is so frustrating!

still playing on ie ironic its not got html5 any fixes yet 2 weeks already.

They have finally answered me, but only to ask what troubleshooting I have done...

Same problem blue background and no candies.

I'M using I E as my browser all others not working .

same here they changed format new hard level and its just a blue ghost like screen .all browsers and all levels .please fix thanx.

i tried İ.E browser shock horror it worked what is the difference from firefox and chrome/chrome canary ?

I can play sometimes on Internet Explorer (not always) but not on Firefox or Chrome at all
