When I opened today Candy Crush Soda Saga on Facebook I realized I was sent back to level 1 and lost all my progress... How do I recover my level?

I have the same problem! It’s worked before. But I can’t get it back.
It's still going back to level 1 each time I reload. Is there no permanent solution?
The same has happened to me!!!! I was approximately on level 698 and made a Facebook, so I could log in and transfer my game across to my new phone. All of a sudden I'm back to level 1 on both devices! Please help!!!
