WHY AM I NOT GETTING BUBBLEGUM HILL

this is the 7th week that I am sending emails and asking questions or kingcare and no one bothers to get back to me. This is not acceptable. 

Why are certain players getting bubblegum hill and others not?

    Hi Anneri-  Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We are often testing and tweaking certain features so you may notice that you do not always have our feature games at the same time as your friends.
