Anyone else finding the game keeps hanging?
This has only happened in the last 2 days (since Thursday 14th Sept) but the game keeps hanging as soon as you try to start it up. The loading screen sits saying "loading" for over 10 minutes, nothing happens.
The only way around this is to turn off the app then turn my phone off, or reboot, then when I start using it again go straight to the app to start it again (if you don't turn the app off first on some handsets it's restarted when you reboot by the phone and still wont work). That way it starts again, still hangs for like 5 mins but at least starts.
This is annoying. Can you guys (@KingCare) fix whatever glitch is there because it's meaning I don't play.

Yup, tried this already and nothing seems to help. I've got my phone with all the latest updates and etc (running the latest version of andriod) there didn't seem any reason for it to suddenly take an age to load, no new updates or whatever and none of my other apps have suddenly started taking ages to load so I can only assume it's a glitch your end. It's worth noting as well that I also have Candy Crush Saga as well as the Soda and the Saga doesn't have this same loading issue. It doesn't seem to be a problem my end.

Replied to this below (last week) but not heard back. Any other suggestions? Also to add, my phone has since updated itself to the latest version of Android but the hanging issue is still happening! I am pretty sure it's your app not my phone because Candy Crush Saga works perfectly fine, but Candy Crush Soda is not. What happens is I start up the app; it hangs for upwards of 10 minutes. Then I get through to the game and am given the option to PLAY, I click on this and get another loading screen, again a new set of 5-10 minutes. After this I am then shown all the games on the numbered list and I click on the game I want to play and...yup, a whole new loading screen! You know, as a side point, do you think we could stop with all these loading screens? You don't need so many! I should just be able to click on the app and there is the game ready to go. If I don't want to play the latest game fair enough then I should have the option to go back and opt for a different game, but IMO, most people are just there to play the latest game and will select this- no one should have to select this, it should be an automatic assumption!Hi Jen- Thanks for posting on King Care.
