DIFFERENCE OF LEVELS FROM TABLET TO PC

Hi

I have a problem with this game.

When I make the access from the tablet I fornd saved my progress at the right level, when I make the access from the pc (with the same account) I found my progress saved at another lavel (about 25 levels back than the tablet). From the pc I make the access from Facebook, from the tablet I make the access from the Android App. In adding, in both cases I don't recive any help from the game (example Vampistrello or bombs or bonus in general) and also any life from the community.

Why is it possible?

Can you help me, please?

    We had a temporary connection problem today. It is possible that this could not sync your progress.

    In order to see the same progress on all devices, it is also important that you are logged in with the same account on all devices. I see that you save your progress via your Facebook account. Please make sure that you are logged in with this account on the other device.

    I'm logged in all the devices and places (FB and App) with the same account. It's not a temporary problem because are mlonths that I can't use bonus.
