Game needs fixing

my game is having trouble loading..Everything is up to date..Browser history cache and cookies are deleted every few days.

I have also confirmed that my Chrome AND Safari are up to date and the game will not load. There are many people on here with the same problem but KING does not seem to CARE...there is no help suggested or solutions offered. Very disappointing. It seems like you guys have ruined what was once a fun game.
