There is no clear data button when you go to Google Play Store under apps

That last post did not solve my question.However finally one of the players came up with a solution.Why doesnt King pay more attention to their technical problems?That shouldnt be up to the players to solve.This was not a problem with my device, but a tech problem with the game.

Tried uninstalling then reinstalling, logged back into my facebook account and it worked. Back on track again at 1131.

If you don't get the option to clear the cache of Google Play Store, clear the cache of the game app instead.

Open your device's Settings app .

Tap Apps & notifications.

Tap See all apps the app Storage.

Tap Clear data or Clear cache. (If you don't see "Clear data," tap Manage space.)

This should do the trick!

Do you happen to play on Android device?

If yes, we're currently looking in to this but we do have a workaround for this and that is to clear the cache on your Google Play Store so try the following:

1) Go to apps and find the app called 'Settings'

2) Locate the menu called 'Apps'

3) Scroll down till you find the 'Google Play Store'

4) From here click on 'Clear data' then clear cache. Please notice that you will get a warning when clicking the 'Clear data' button - not to worry, it's just a reset.

5) Reboot mobile and you should now be able to install the game

Hope this does the trick but if not, sty tuned for future updates that will hopefully take care of this.
