at level one, lost all my levels on feb 16/2018 was almost to level 900

I'm sure your game has been backed up so make sure the app is properly connected to Facebook or Kingdom. If you've tried that already, as a last resort, try re-installing the game, it usually fixes most issues (please note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/ Kingdom at this stage will be lost.However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/Kingdom can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully). Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages.Hope this helps /QueenB

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
