Level 2818 is unsolvable

I replayed the level, and because I could combine a color bomb with coloring candy the ice was removed. On hard/super hard/ultra hard levels I always activate Swedish fish (double fish). Try to create many fish and work from right to left as much as possible to remove the bears from ice. It is doable, and sometimes you have to have a bit of luck.
