Hi friends, I have not been around much this week as I am already in the starting blocks for Christmas. Planning and shopping as much as possible so that we do not end up in shops with zillion of people just before "C" day. Today I leave for the family house near Paris my truck full of presents and food 😅.

We keep the Christmas lunch menu close to family traditions with smoked salmon and blinis, guinea fowl and chestnuts and iced yule log. We will tap on creativity for the aperitive nibbles such as home made veggie "foie gras" (really delicious) various pastry salty rolls, and veggie spreads.
