Boosters claimed error??

I have been receiving a “booster claimed” error, when I have not claimed anything. I am not receiving the boosters.

I receive the free daily booster, but have stopped receiving the two additional free ones for a time now. I have checked to see the app is updated, and I am on iPad and iPhone iOS 17.

The bonus boosters automatically show as claimed right as the daily booster is revealed.

I am including screen grab of the progression, when I sign into the game to play.

Unfortunately we haven’t received any further information about the additional boosters. As I mentioned before, only a small group of players have been allowed to test this. Regarding that the extra boosters are listed as claimed even though you have not received them is something that King Player Support could investigate further.

I don’t think you understand. I do not receive the boosters. I only receive the daily booster and it is only for 1/2 hour. I DO NOT RECEIVE additional boosters.

is there someone from support that can help?

Id prefer to go back to having one hour of the free booster and hour of free play. This 1/2 hour free play with one booster and nothing else is bogus.

You are one of the lucky ones who could experience this test in your game 🤗 Only a small group of players was chosen for this (I haven't seen it in my game yet).

It is possible that another group of players can try this test of extra boosters, or that the Game Studio studies the feedback, so that a larger group of players can receive this.

Make sure you have the last game and device update, and maybe you will see it again later in your game.
