No you have to finish a tier for prizes. Only thing I didn't get was super sonic lolipop not in my pc or mobile.
@Kerrie if a person is in jail of the cake event, although his team member finish the cake, the person who is in jail won't be receive anything as long as he is still in jail, am I correct?
I remember that last time you are in jail and left two levels to complete the last layer of cake. So maybe the reason is you are in jail and won't receive the prizes of last layer of cake, is it correct? Sorry as I thought you will receive your prizes although you are in jail.
Which prizes you didn't receive? The 2 supersonic lollipops or all the prizes of the cake event? You did finish 19 levels right? After you finish one layer of cake do you get any prize?
