Level 964 , my bears keep getting stuck at the top, 2 rows above candy string

Soda crush level 964, my bears are getting stuck at the top of the game, 2 rows above the candy string, I can not move the bears either up & down or left to right, they just stick there. It’s filing me to complete the game.

I’ve done it! I had noticed that my game was very fast, and I wondered whether that was the cause, think I was right because my game has slowed up and I completed the level straight away. Could of been the update!

having the same issue, it seems to me that you need to get the bears past the bar in order from left to right otherwise there's a chance the bear will get stuck. I believe it's a bug rather than design intent and also solely based on the fact that this is the only mention of this issue, it must of occurred in a recent update.

Hi Chicken Slayer, thanks for reply, I am doing what your video showed, my problem is some of my bears go shooting straight to the top and stay in the very top line above the candy string, I can’t then move them across to the left hand side, if it does it on the first part of the game then I’m stuck on that first part until all my lives have gone, I obviously can’t continue onto the next part of the game. I’ve tried everything I can think of. It’s in my opinion a problem with the game, it’s very frustrating to say the least!!
