I try to buy gold but it says it cannot connect to server and cannot log into king account

android and it does not matter if im on wifi or data it still wont work
Are you on Android or iOS?
Would you happen to have another Internet connection to try from? For instance mobile data instead of WiFi.
yes i have tried those and yes i would loose things of i factory reset the new phone

That even on a new phone there can still be issues as stupid as it seems. Is there anything on there you would lose if you did a factory reset as a last resort?

Yeah I understand that. I know I had a similar issue on another of their games (Paradise bay) And I never could get to the bottom of it, and they couldn't help. I had to do a factory reset and that solved it but I still don't know why as I had cleaned out everything I possibly could.
Has it just started today? It might just be because there are not so many around this w/e and there is maybe an issue. Either way we will find out tomorrow

Last thing. If you are connected (even though can't buy gold) disconnect then disconnect your wifi. Close the game (from the background too) reboot your phone. Turn wifi back on. Try reconnecting again.
If this doesn't work, I will hand this over to her for her to see tomorrow when she is in the office, it might be something simple that I haven't thought of. Sometimes a fresh pair of eyes helps.
my king account is valid the game just wont let me log in because it cannot connect to server for some reason
I know this is probably a stupid question, but have you made sure the Kingdom account you are trying to log in, you're using the correct details? Is it giving an error message when you try to log in?
i have tried these steps already as well as uninstalling and re-installing but neither worked
Sometimes the play store can cause issues.

Go to your device settings menu
Go to Applications/Applications Manager
Tap on All Applications
Search and open Google Play Store app
Tap on Clear Data and Clear Cache
Reboot your device
Then try what you were doing again

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
