Timer stuck on 96 hours

my timer for Quests on candy crush soda has been stuck on 96 hours for 5 days. I have tried changing the date and time but this hasn’t worked. Can you please advise.

Have you tried reinstalling the app? That can reset the timer and "unstuck" it so to say.

If i uninstall the app will my history be lost?
