Linked accounts

My game is linked with my wife's game. I already have created a new king.com account and started over, but as soon i log in with Facebook the link persists. Even after i changed fb password. I m only getting bot answers from support. I need to unlink accounts.

When looking into this account specifically that you're talking from inside our system I don't see any issues or connections to other accounts. I just want to make sure: have you deinstalled and reinstalled our app? Maybe the information of the other facebook account is living somewhere in your mobile and deleting the app could help disconnect there. Don't worry, if you lose boosters or your level we'll be here to assist.
