I have gone thru levels 1253, 1255, 1261 and 1266 and didnt recieve power ups after any or the gift

Passed several levels and didn't recieve boosters. Also passed levels 1253, 1255, 1261 and 1266 and didn't receive the gifts for those levels. Tired of playing and getting nothing in return. What's up

Hi Terri Tew Taylor,

This is usually happening because your avatar is stuck at a previous level. If you have to scroll all the way back to 1266 as well, it's usually because of this. You need to go back to that level and that will unstuck your avatar and will fix the issues with rewards.

We then need a screenshot of what it is you're seeing. You basically should have some level there with no stars in it that you need to pass again. If you can't find any, then a screenshot of the map of your account when around these levels would help us a lot.

Did not solve it. Went back to 1253 since that's where it started, passed again no resolve. Removed app and reinstalled still doesn't work. It's aggravating, purchased my piggy bank and then this happened. Sure wish it was fixed, hard to keep playing something for nothing. Thanks
