@teeweiping .thanks for the info. It is gone. I have critter now. I get critter and mystery mountain and not the weather alert. That's do wired. I used to get it before. Anyway 's I have entered the second week's contest.
The weather alert only lasts for two days, I think it's gone now. You have to wait for next week. Before you log in back your game, make sure you off your phone for at least 10 minutes. Try this if next time you still don't have it.

@teeweiping .I tried your suggestion my friend and, it didn't work. I still don't have weather alert. I don't understand. I know that, they took it out for a while. But, it's back now.i emailed customer service and, they said I'll find all the answers on the Community Hub. Fat help they are.

You won't lose boosters logging out/in. I have 2 accounts in CCS, CCSS and CCF and do it frequently.
You will lose boosters if you uninstall/reinstall the game.
Just make sure you don't uninstall your game. Your boosters is saved in your game app. I don't think it will disappear.

Thank you, Zainab. You're absolutely right. My husband has always been very independent. He just doesn't seem to understand the pressure he's putting on others and that it's our concern for him which prompts us to say the things we do.
Thank you @SApple2. We're once again waiting for an ambulance to take my husband to be checked over at the hospital! I know that we are in the Lord's hands.
