Why.?
I have checked that it’s up to date with updates, still crashing. Why?
I’m still having issues with adverts. I watch them then oops ……… comes up and I miss the rewards.

I've never seen any ads in my game, so unfortunately I can't verify whether this also happens on my iPad. I do see a message in the app's Help Center, and I suspect this refers to the advertisements (tap on the blue gear, tap on question mark, at the top:
You can also report it to the department if you wish. Just tap on “contact us” in your game 🙂
Sadly still crashing. I have an iPad and checked that’s all updates are set.

I am sorry about this. Don't have any problems playing the game? Won't the game crash then? Let's try some troubleshooting to see if that fixes the crashing 👇
provided you saved your progress with a King account, log out of the game - clear the cache -> not data that will delete your boosters - power off your device for at least 10 seconds - restart your device - check for game and device updates - log back into the game - (re)play some levels. Also make sure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly and try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using cellular data.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
