Unfortunately, I can't see what advice you've received and what you've done so far because you've set your profile to private. So it is possible that you will receive the same advice that was given to you before.
Can you elaborate a little more, such as that you cannot play the game, cannot receive rewards, cannot play events, etc. It may also be helpful to us if you post a screenshot of your problem.
You could make your profile public so us mods can see what you've done so far) and post a screenshot please.
