Soda Crush Level 70

I watched level 70 from Soda Crush and it always shows the candies dropping like all the other levels, only when I go into mine whether it be on Facebook or in the game room all I get are jelly boxes that are frosted over and there is no rhyme or reason on how to clear them. I can click every square and nothing happens. Can anyone please help?
