My mailbox in the game disappeared

Today when I signed in to play the game my mailbox was gone. I am on level 455, when I was back on levels 200-300 my photo album disappeared. Now I cannot get mail in the game.

Hi LL, wow that is very strange. Are you saying that your game has advanced you beyond your progress? What tablet are you playing the game on? Are you playing through Facebook or the Kingdom?

No it did not advance me beyond the point I am at. It just disappeared and is no longer a part of the game. Neither is the photo album which disappeared back in the 200's. So I have no mailbox for the game and no photo album. I play through the Kingdom I guess I just open the app.
