My envelope icon is missing from the right-hand side of my game. So I am not receiving any lives, it’s been like this for 3 days. Can someone please help me

Hi Felicia, I'm not sure how the studio is working on this new idea but maybe it's not saving all the lives from your friends like it used to do. If I find out more about this I promise to write you back here or maybe @Xarly will see this message and find out more for you.
Yes Elsa I am playing on my iPhone but it’s been like this ever since the envelope moved. I never have more than 5 lives. I send lives and ask for lives as many times as the system allows me to. And like I said before the envelope moved I had over 100 lives on a daily basis. I have given if a few days to add up and they are not it’s always just 5. It makes playing the game very difficult when I need lives and have none. That is one of the main reasons I play this game because of the amount of lives I could collect so I can play as much as I want unlike other games that I have stopped playing.
Hi Felicia, are you playing the game on a mobile device because you can lose all lives and boosters at any time there is a crash or an operating system update or uninstalling the game?
Okay so I see the envelope. No problem there. However when I use the lives it says I have no more. And when they made the change I lost all the lives I had. Which was over 100. I know that I have more than 5 friends that send me lives. I have never had 5 or less lives. For example I just used 5 and it was the first time I used them in about 3 days and there were only 5. What is happening to the lives people send me?
Hi Karen, have you read the answer from @Xarly above? It's a change that the studio made to the game to free up room so if there are no lives sitting in the envelope you won't see it.
Hi everyone!This is not a bug but a new feature that is working as intended to clear space in your screen. Basically, the envelope icon will only show up now if there are lives there for you to receive, or if you can again send lives to your friends. If at a concrete moment you don't have any lives to receive or send, the icon will not show up.I hope my answer was clear enough but I'm happy to answer any questions if that was not the case.Cheers!Xarly

Same here.. No reserve lives, in the envelope, from my friends.
This game has been a pain to play
I'm having the same exact problem! NO lives from friends. Only requests for friends. Why fix what's not broken?

I have now got mine back it is under my lives hearts but you can only see it when you do not have your full lives.

Mo I just thought of something else! Are you playing the game through Facebook or the Kingdom? That would be the only way that you could send/receive lives with friends.
