Bubblegum Troll

I am on level 1619 of Candy Crush Soda and for the past month I am getting Bubblegum Troll is experiencing issues. Please try, again, later when I open the game and if I click on the golden ticket symbol at the bottom center of the screen. I saw a question 5 weeks ago about this and nothing else. Please advise when/if this is going to be resolved. Thank you!

Hi Jenny, I do not play this challenge so I don't have the answer for you at the moment. But I will research this further and try to get you some answer. It might not be today because they are short staffed and also 6 hours ahead of where I live. It should be getting close to 5:00 PM there so I might not get an answer for you until the beginning of the week.

Can you do somethimg to fix this.it is ruining my fun playing this game
