unable to log into kingdom account and facebook account

whenever i click settings and then click the kingdom account login on my android it doesn't respond it just closes settings. the game has the latest update and i have been able to save any of my progress. i also tried to login with facebook and it keeps saying "failed to connect to facebook" even though the facebook app is up to date as well

But i am able to log in to kingdom on my ipad, so my progress on there is lower than on my android phone

please help

none of this worked, i still cannot connect to facebook, and when i try to click the kingdom button on settings nothing happens
