Help me save my soda progress to facebook

I am not able to click the blue "connect with Facebook" button on the candy crush soda game in order to save status to move to another device. I also tried to click the little blue strings button in the bottom left corner and I am not able to click the "king" icon and set up an account. I am however, connected to Facebook for the original candy crush. Can anyone help?!

Hi Janae, I think there is a new glitch with trying to connect with Facebook for Saga so since you are reporting it happening with Soda it must be affecting more than one game. I am going to tell a King Admin about this tomorrow morning and hopefully she can follow up with the studio and get it resolved.

Omg wow thank you. In my effort to try and correct this problem previously I ran across my candy crush user ID 1093765570648269 if that helps at all. Thank you so much I really appreciate it!!
