I don't really care for it either. I had some very active teammates and that would help us to win if I got stuck on a level. 😥

I absolutely agree. I got my friends to play together and it was so much fun, and rewarding. Now it is just like "Competitive Rescue Buddies". Boring and pointless. *Otherwise, why make the game worst for them? 🤦

I am actually happy with this updated version.. because my friends are not so active, so i never got those canonballs in time…
Now all King games is unstable.
The opportunity to obtain more boosters become less. The reward is worst than before. So I think I will play less this game also. Not worth for me to keep passing levels.

After changed to this version, it is not a shipmates anymore, it is just one man band, no mates. It is not live up to its name.
Disadvantages:
1. Reduced the speed of getting cannon, decreased from four to one.
2. The rewards you can obtain is less than before. You must get unlimited lives previously!
3. It is not fair to those players at the end of the map.
Advantages:
1. No need to repair the damaged ship, save 3 gold bars or waiting time. You can start another battle immediately after your fleet is defeated.
Only 1, no 2 and 3.
If my fleet is consist of three friends those are still chosen by me and myself, and the rewards we won can share with them, l will offer my loud applause to the design team of candy soda.
I agree that it is less fun than playing with a team. If you play with your team they can help you get boosters more often that can get you by a difficult level. Playing by yourself just perpetuates longer times on difficult levels since you can’t help yourself. Please go back to the team model!
Alas, I have no choice, more and more players will get this.
Thanks for sharing! Personally I think it’s less fun than playing with your friends against a group of others. Now it’s back again to playing levels …
