Why an I getting kicked out when I buy coins have happen 4 times now and when I get kicked out it takes 10 coins and don't let me play have to start over

Can you elaborate some more what happened? Did you purchase gold bars and when you tried to use them the game crashed?
Or did you purchase extra moves and the game crashed? Please do some troubleshooting to hopefully prevent this problem from recurring: log out of the game, clear cache, restart your device, check for game updates, log back in.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
Regarding losing gold bars due to the game crashing please contact Player Support. If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on “My Purchases“
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Contact Us"
Are you talking about paying 10 coins to continue playing a level? If so, then you need to contact players support from your game app for compensation.
