This is a bubble level. There are two areas. After I pass the first one, it moves to the second area. After I make one play, it reverts to the first area, and I cannot make any progress in the second area.

In the meantime, please try to close the game, clear the cache, log back in
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not dataβοΈ)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
