How do you get rid of the suggestions???

so I’m loving the new candy crush friends game. Brought me back to the old days of playing candy crush saga. But I want to turn off the suggestions on which candies to match. Someone please help!

Hi @SMokeySunflowers the reason why you are seeing the hints pop up quicker is because the studio has been experimenting with different speeds. A lot of complaints came in on Candy Crush Saga asking if there could be a shut off switch for these hints and all of those inquiries were sent to the studio. I am not certain if they will be doing it or where it appears on their priority list but I do appreciate you taking the time to write us here and let us know that you are, yet, another player dissatisfied with this.

Hi @NatRov, @SMokeySunflowers, and @Joseph45 , I can tell you all that the studio does pay attention and listens to the players. This was suggested and it might not be a priority but one day it might be changed. Here is an example of something that was changed - the buddy challenge. Players wanted a shut off for it because they didn't like the challenge nor did they want to see some of those crazy profile pictures. But there were many, many complaints about it and the studio did resolve that with a shut off when playing on a mobile device. One day, the studio might do something about this too but I am not privy as to where on the list this lies.

Hello, I have the same issue with the suggestions on game, it appears 1 sec later of my last move and it is really annoying. There should be the chance to turn it off.

Why can’t yall just let it be a settings? People can have it if they want, but others who don’t want it, can turn it off. Or make the amount of time it takes to show a suggestion between 3 and 10 seconds or something. Just throwing ideas out there... I really enjoy your games. I’ve played them all. And I’d appreciate some nicer customer service, honestly.

Unfortunately, this is not something that is possible at this time. All you can really do is just ignore them if you don’t like them, or simply don’t find them helpful. Have a great day😁
