It seems every time I make a purchase that includes free lives, I have to write and ask for them. And in the meanwhile I am paying coins for my lives. Can't this be fixed?

Strange that the unlimited lives are always not added to your purchase, and I am sorry for that 😕 Unfortunately, the Community cannot handle purchases due to personal information, but Player Support can. When reporting your purchase issue, I recommend that you explicitly state that it always concerns the unlimited lives, which causes a problem. Player Support can then pass this on to the relevant department.
If you happen to play on a mobile device or Windows app, you can contact directly from the device. That way Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and transactions. All you need to do is:
- Open the game app —> tap on the blue gear
- Tap on the ? mark
- Tap on Purchases and Gold Bars
- Choose and tap on a topic that is closest to your question/issue
- Scroll down to the bottom and tap "Contact Us"
