Bonjour, je suis dans le même cas, je ne reçois plus les vies de mes amis... j'ai effectué la procédure que vous indiquez mais rien ne s'est arrangé...🙁 De plus, je n'ai plus accès au challenge de la semaine, et sur mon autre ordi, je n'est carrément plus d'amis... 🤔 Merci de votre aide svp 😉

I’m sorry to read this. Let’s try this: clear the cache (not data!), check for game updates, log back in.
*Clear cache in Android: go to settings - tap on apps - tap on candy crush soda - tap on storage - tap on clear cache (not data❗️)
*Clear cache in iOS: go to settings - tap on Safari - tap on Clear history and website data
Then click on the heart symbol, which opens this screen 👇 Then click “get lives/get help”

Purchased a product for Soda Saga. As soon as I hit one touch buy, the game reset. I didnt think I bought. So I redid the buy. Now I see 2 charges on the card. Think that is a RIP OFF. Did you find a new way to get more money? I never recieved the product with the first buy. PLEASE REFUND ASAP.
