Why can't I redeem gold bars?

Hello

I need to vent my anger.

I haven't been able to buy a booster or buy extra moves with gold bars for over 6 months.

I haven't been able to redeem any gold bars for a few weeks now.

Store not reachable.

Over and over again.

And yes, I restarted the game, cleared the cache and everything else you suggest.

I feel ripped off and cheated.

And that has been the case for over 6 months.

What kind of device do you play the game on? Make and model please ( For Android: Settings- About Phone - (for example Model number GM-F695) For iPhone: Settings -General -About - (for example Model number MRY42QL/A) )
