Why does this always come up ONLY when I'm close to winning a level!!!!

I was close to winning a level so I spent $$$ for more turns. I had lots of bonus points so I knew I could probably win the level. And of course it happened again!

Therefore that chance to win disappeared but I was charged for the $$$. It is not possible to get that same game back by reloading the page. So I had to try again and hope to get as close to a win as previously. I rarely see this same screen any other time during play; always when I'm so close to winning a level! 😫😒

P.S. I had another chance, but had to yet again buy 10 gold bars to continue as the ones I was previously charged for had not shown up on my screen...still only had the 8 original ones🤑!!!
