Videos Causing Boosters to Crash

For the past few days, the game has been having issues loading the ad videos. The video box is displayed with the message that the ad was interrupted. There are three scenarios where this happens. When the game initially loads and shows an ad to give an extra booster and secondly, when the ads load to give additional moves and nap boosters. The third scenario the ad is displayed - not a video ad but a page with various advertisements that you can click on to ‘Learn More’.
I’m playing on two different iPads — iPad 6th generation, IOS 16.6 and iPad 9th generation, IOS 16.5

I have been on a certain level now for months 7339!
During this time l have been blocked from any activities or boosters and no way to
ask for or send lives to other players.
l am on an iPad 9th generation, Version 17.3.1
Before l start from level 1 all over again is there anything you can advise.
