Hi all,
Just make sure you have the game up to date. We are still monitoring your feedback but the fix should have been implemented. That doesn't mean that the issue is not reproducing again, but it's unlikely. In the event that this is the case, please, by all means, come here and let us know. We will investigate, as always.

Checked for updates on IOS. No updates since Nov 27 in updates in App Store. I’ve done all the recommended cache clearing and restarts.

In my case, App version on Android went from 1.128.2 to 1.129.2 - so that you may check your own version. As far as I can tell, the issue is completely fixed in this version (running for the 5th throne right now).

Worked yesterday but not working again today.....freezing on that candy reward machine!!! I did shut my pc down for 10 min and tried again but no luck with that.....0
