I've had this happen twice since November. I hope I don't get sent back to 1. I've been stuck on day 575 for three days. ๐ฅ

This is the third day I have been on day 575. Same thing happened last week but only for a day. I hope we don't lose our progress. I have tried shutting down and restarting several times with no success. ๐ฅ

So I noticed while playing on 3/2/24 that after midnight (3/3/24) my new daily quest reward I did not receive and I am pretty high myself

Hello @LoFiGummy I followed the instructions not to try access the daily bonus via the activities portal for one day. Today a pop up message told me I had missed a day of the daily bonus so to keep my progress I had to spend 9 bars. Please fix the issue and please give me back my 9 bars.

Do I logout and log back in? It is not working when I just close the game out.

Imm having the same issue. Today should be my day 500 and I'm stuck on day 499.

I to find that my daily rewards are not progressing. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and tried skipping a days play as suggested. This has put me back to the day 1 award from which there is no progression

It is getting beyond a joke now, not had daily bonus for well over a week, went back to day 1, then it worked for 2 days now stuck again, so guessing it will go back to day 1 again. Iโm losing out on so much as my half hour free play lets me get lots of bonuses and extra time. Been a user of Candy Crush Soda for many years now and find this very frustrating. Are there any up dates at all?

And again my daily booster is frozen can you fix it please I have tried everything out of your list but nothing works.
