I did not receive what I paid for!

Please help me. I purchased the $59 package of 500 tokens/3days of unlimited use of (sidebar help tools) lollipops, “hand” symbol, etc…

i DID receive the 500 tokens. However, I did NOT receive the 3 days of unlimited sidebar items (lollipops, etc..) which is what I paid for. This exact issue occurred the last time I made this purchase. For your reference, I play: Candy Crush Soda.

The last time this happened your customer service was excellent and solved my issue almost immediately. Please, fix whatever keeps happening and give me what I paid for OR refund my $59.

Only customer service (King Player Support) can offer compensations🙂 forum community is not able to handle refunds, I'm sorry.

How to contact King Player Support from Soda app in mobile devices and Windows 10, 11 computers: launch soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and gold bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Fill in the form, make sure to select the correct topic and subtopic in the form, explain your problem and send.

Non existent Email?
So on my pc it has my email and it shows normal until i go to edit it there's spaces where there shouldn't be so now I can't log in on my phone with my actual email and idk what to do.

Game restart
I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
Pay but did not receive what was paid for
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
